CHOCOLATE CREME BRULEE

<h4>PREPARE</h4>
  1. Combine the Heavy Whipping Cream, Milk & Chocolate over heat on the stove.
  2. Combine the Egg Yolks & Sugar in a separate bowl.
  3. Temper chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
  4. Strain
  5. Pour into ramekins
  6. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
